So noisy. First room backed onto the smokers area of the hotel. Asked for change of room also very noisy at 2am with people coming back from hotel. Food at hotel was great

The room itself was comfortable (especially the beds), however a few other items (ie the curtains, did have some marks, which do need to be replaced) & also it was attached to a club, so quite a bit of noise of people coming & going (6/10).

This place might be ok if you're a smoker but I'm not and room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. It had makeup smeared on the curtains and walls of the bathroom and a flickering light in the main room. The light was changed but I was told they would look at moving me into a different room and didn't hear anything further from staff. It was noisy due to the rowdy carpark outside also.

I left my glasses in the room and came back to get them. I asked one of the housemaids is I could get into the room to retrieve them. She insisted they were not there. I spoke to another housemaid who took me to the room No 7 the door was already open and my glasses were there. Booking in staff were great.

The shower walls had men's hair shavings on them. And there were no hand towels or face washes provided, no hose on the shower. The tv remote was so dirty The buttons hardly worked. The rest of the room was clean and nice. It was nice and quiet for a saturday night. No information booklet in the room.

It was possible to park outside the door. There was an onsite bar that offered decent meals at a reasonable price.
