- There are stairs inside the property

- The spa is not for use (located behind the gate)

- 1 kitchen cupboard is locked off with no guest access

- Guests must not, under any circumstances, light the fire pit beneath the open awning. They will be held liable for any smoke or heat damage caused to the awning as a result of non-compliance.
