Please plan ahead accordingly. We highly advise and recommend using a ride-share service like Uber, or a rental car to make your arrival effortless. Walking to KeyNest with luggage to collect keys can be tiresome and unnecessarily laborious.

Rideshare vehicles, including Uber, are generally not allowed to operate on Swanston Street between Flinders and La Trobe Streets. Passengers are advised to use nearby streets for pick-ups and drop-offs. Please contact our concierge for further information.
