- In the pool area, children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.



- Please remember to keep sauna and steam door closed at all times while using and close sauna door promptly upon entry/exit. In the case you fail to do so, the heat/steam might trigger the fire/smoke alarm, charge from FRV(Fire Rescue Victoria) could be hefty, in which the total amount will be on charged to the responsible.

- Parties and events are strictly not permitted at any time.

- No heavy-duty cooking. Trigger of smoke alarm could lead to hefty fine payable by guests.

- Replacement for loss of key is $300/set.
