The apartment is top-notch renovated compared to the building that it is in. All rooms were spacious and our family of 4 stayed quite comfortably. Air conditioners were a blessing in the ongoing heatwave. There was a welcome drink on the kitchen table, which was a welcome surprise. Also, there was a bottle of water in the refrigerable, although more would have been better considering number of guests and heat.
The balcony with lake view is a plus if the weather permits.
The building itself is dated and the main entrance at the ground level is right on the road, there is no side walk or any buffer between the road and the entrance door. It could be challenging going in/out in active traffic, especially going out when you have no visibility of cross-traffic without sticking your head out to see both sides when it is safe to walk across the road or to the nearest side walk.
There are no elevators, which is fine. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the corridors are pitch dark at night. Sometimes, the light was on, but there is no idea how/where to switch it on. We had to use cellphone flash lights to navigate up the stairs at night.
We were able to use the small washing machine, however, we hoped there would be more than just one detergent pod, to run multiple loads. There is no dryer, so need to use the drying rack and wait for them to dry.
All in all, our stay was comfortable and without any issues.
