Super friendly staff. Clean and well-maintained property. Good selection on the menu. Parking is valet only at $40 a night and I wouldn't suggest trying street parking in the area. There is a foodhall down the street and further away some fun restaurants but mind the ubiquitous Florida afternoon rain showers. There is a resort fee of about $40. I don't believe this was mentioned on the website or checkout. This includes wifi, use of the bar and restaurant, pool, etc even if you don't utilize the hotel amenities. Overall I liked the hotel. I'll look at a location closer to the center of Wynwood/Design District next time for more walkability.

Walkable distance to everything which I admire. The parking was interesting. Upon request your vehicle will be given to you via valet.However, if you choose not to do valet, you would have to try to find parallel parking elsewhere.

I was in room 421, had bug bites all over my legs, not sure if they had bed bugs. Hotel charges resort fee, it is hardly a resort, it has a pool and food that is ok, nothing special, property is overpriced most of the time.
