Great stuff: hotel staff, valet parking, restaurant food and staff, close to U of Miami hospitals Bad stuff: restaurant bar ran out of sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio; handicap rooms with balcony did not have 2 doubles beds, just one king; bathroom did not have handicap toilet or handicap tub/shower entry, no chairs in room with backs; only seating was sofa bed not fit for sitting on, no back; only one very tiny drawer in each bedside table, very small closet, no pool view, very small room, not enough towels if we could have actually showered.

Clean room, consistent housekeeping, friendly staff, unique private elevator. My only disappointment was the room was darkly lit. The bathroom had terrible lighting for Putin makeup and no vanity mirrors.
