I booked my room on October 25th and asked several questions to make sure I had a smooth transition from the airport to hotel then to the port to board cruise ship. I had a late flight so I called and asked questions and was given false information. I was told that the shuttle bus stopped at 12am, over the phone but clearly shuttle stops at 11:30pm so I had to order and pay for an Uber. Upon arriving to the hotel I asked about shuttle to the port and was told it was already all booked

Room was nice. Some confusion with the sister hotel next door, one called "Comfort Inn and Suites" and one called "Comfort Suites" Check in was fast but that was lucky as when the cruise ship people arrive it gets crazy busy, but the checkin girls do a good job. Breakfast was very busy with the cruise ship people and the food not very good.
