For your convenience there`s space for you to park across the strret from the building or you could valet one car at no extra charge.

★★There are absolutely no parties allowed at this apartment ★★

We take this very seriously.

You will be charged an additional $500.00 fee for breaking this apartment rule.

We have the neighbors looking out for loud parties and we will have it stopped.

If this happens, you will be made to leave the apartment immediately and no refund will be given.

AIRBNB will also mark your profile on the website, and you will be banned and no longer be able to book properties.

Fair warning, this building is NOT good for parties / events. The neighbors simply won`t have it.

If your intent was to have a party, please cancel your reservation now.

No loud noise before 8AM or after 10PM.

★★No pets are allowed in this home★★
Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal and no refund given.

Additionally, any evidence of pets in the home after checkout will result in an additional $500.00 fee charged to you.

★★No smoking in the home★★
To smoke cigars, cigarette, marihuana, vaping, e-cigarette, etc. is not allowed in the house, if this rule is broken the extra cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking is permitted outside.
There are cigarette butt ashtrays located outside. Any evidence of smoking in the home after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee charged to you.

Beach Paradise Check-Out Procedure

• Please make sure the trash bags inside the home have been taken out.

• Please leave all towels in the washing machine. If there are too many, please leave on the floor at the base of washing machine.

• Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink, please fill the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes and run. (Don`t run away from the dishwasher. Turn it on :-)

•Please leave any dirty/used dish towels from the kitchen on the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator.

• Please remove all food items from the refrigerator.

• Please make sure all faucets are turned off.

• Please turn off all lights.

• Please ensure all windows are shut and locks securely tightened.
