Faulty sink faucet leaked water all over the bathroom counter and all over the floor. Check-In and check-out process is also terrible. Inconsistencies with what is stated on Hotels.com page for what is required for checking in with this place and what they actually ask from you AFTER you reserve the room when you go to the link the property sends you.

My room was not cleaned upon check in. There was dirt thrown under the duvet of the bedding and used/dirty napkins and garbage on the floors. The room was not move in ready. I had to wait over 6 hours (after 4 phone calls to the customer service line) for it to bed cleaned. The cleaner arrived and cleaned the room after waiting in the unit all day. She told me she had previously cleaned it but someone came in after and purposely trashed the room in attempt to get her fired. The dirt in the bed looked like some deliberately placed it there as it was a handful of soil sitting in the bed, under the sheets. I was not offered another room and lost out on a day of my stay dealing with absolute chaos. It has been 13 days of not being followed up with. No one has returned any of my phone calls or emails. I was told on my check in day I would be offered compensation for all of these issues and it seems like the owners have disappeared. While the building itself is great, I do not recommend renting from Global Luxury Suites at all.

Great location. The omniloop was right in front of the apartment. 24 hour front desk made me feel safe and secured. Check in was a breeze after completing the online portion. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and dish soap was provided. The only thing I noticed was when you leave the apartment, you need the fob to lock it from the outside, otherwise your room will stay unlocked. I feel like it should automatically lock without using the fob. Also, some of the outlets weren't working and the only one that worked were near the bed.

This property has all the makings to be a wonderful ApartHotel accommodations. It’s not to my standard as far as cleanliness, once you check in you’re pretty much on your own, no one is checking in to see if you need anything or how your stay is going. You also need to replenish your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and if you need to wash your sheets or towels, you’ll have to do that yourself. And you’ll need to buy laundry detergent. The door does not close just by shutting it when you’re exiting, you have to scan your key card one to two times and check the handle to make sure that it locks securely. I learned this after leaving the door open for a full day and returning to discover this. Luckily, nothing happened as it is a relatively safe building however, you never know when there could be a rogue element at play. There is access to the parking garage on the very floor that you’re staying on and it would be so convenient to just park there and access your floor from there however, there is no instructions to do so nor access provided so You have to take the long way to and from your car if you have a Car Rental in the public parking garage. From a product development and quality standpoint, the apartments should be deep, cleaned and very sanitary. That will go a very long way for guest satisfaction. Also the Internet connection Was Shoddy

Average experience

Stayed there with my family for 4 nights. Building quality is pretty good overall and location is decent as well. However the apt is not well maintained. Firstly the apt wasnt fully cleaned when we checked in. There were long hair all over the bathroom and one bedroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable and very lightweight. Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didnt work. I called several times before someone picked up and acknowledged the complaint. They did send someone but the person couldnt figure out the reason. He just cleaned up the airducts. By the way airducts were very dirty as if no one cleaned them for a year. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The experience would be much better if people managing the property keep a close watch on maintenence and cleaning crew.

Great location, it was in the center of everything you can find. The cleaniness of the apartment not so much. Walls, switches, and bathroom were dirty. Our oven didn't work. The phone number that was provided for help was not helpful, couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Have photos of our stay while at hotel. First night we got there we had to mop and clean it all ourselves. Our apartment WAS NOT clean at all or even prepared for our arrival. We found broken finger nails and hair on the floor. There was no oven pan in the room so we couldn’t use the oven at all.

We enjoyed the location. Very convenient for walking around, taxi and public transportation. Pool and all the amenities are great. Just couple of thing…when we checked in and got to our studio apartment, we found a dirty towel on the bathroom door. Also, queen bed was too small for us and too soft, but it’s not a big deal. Still, If we ever visit Miami again, we will definitely consider this place again. Thank you.
