Overall, it was good. Location was great! Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The biggest perk is you get a lot of space for what you pay in the area. Everything was clean, check-in process was easy. Found free street parking which was a huge bonus. Otherwise, there is a lot not too far away that was reasonable for Miami standards.
However, there were a couple of things to note that could have been communicated better when booking. First, we were required to send a pretty large damage deposit which they said would be returned at checkout. It was returned eventually but was definitely a bit nervous about it. Secondly, we booked for 4 people and while there is a lot of space, the sofa bed was really small for 2 people and there was no proper bedding provided for the leather sofa. We just stayed one night so we made it work but wouldn't have been comfortable for 4 on a longer stay. Lastly, one of the staff came by at 9am to pick something up. We were already up but could be an unwelcome wake-up call on a Sunday morning after late Saturday night out.
All that being said, for the price and location, would stay here again for one or two nights.
