Superbe séjour à Miami Beach

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce logement pendant 1 semaine et convient parfaitement Ă  une famille (2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants) L’appartement est grand, bien agencĂ© et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La terrasse n’est pas vraiment exploitable (bruit de climatisateur, odeur de nourriture du commerce voisin). L’emplacement est incroyable et vous permet de tout faire Ă  pied : ocean drive, plage, Ă©picerie, restaurant etc
 Le parking est un avantage si vous louez un vĂ©hicule. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette adresse ;)

SoFi in SoBe

Great location, a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to excellent restaurants. The apartment was roomy with well-equipped kitchen and two large patios. Lack of view from patios was offset by hot tub a few steps off the patio. Nice stargazing at night in the hot tub.

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Very clean, nicely furnished. Good selection of cooking items. Next door is a small grocery (very convenient). The unit is south of Fifth Street, which means it is quiet and away from Spring Breakers or other noisy parties. Has a pool, hot tub and small exercise room. Parking for one car was also convenient. Overall, great place.

Amazing 40th Birthday

We loved everything about our stay. You don’t need to rent a car. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance, including vegan options. The beach is super close & the park is beautiful. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great time!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do and so close to the best beach! The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with and the condo was well appointed and very nice. We especially liked the access to the back deck and jacuzzi.

A few days away w my college age daughter

Had a wonderful time in South Beach. The property was nice and Sofia and her team were attentive, kind, patient and helpful. The property was as advertised and perfectly located in the middle of everything. We could walk to the beach and some really nice restaurants. I was grateful for the parking spot as we drove to some tourist spots in downtown Miami and the Keys. The wifi was appreciated as it was a bit of a working vacation as well. We would gladly stay here again if we go back to South Beach.

Great location - very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, short drive to/from airport. Building manager is super responsive and helpful. The specific unit we had was good size for 2-3 people but a bit small for 4 people. The photos in the listing show somewhat of a view, but you may get a unit like ours which had great outdoor space (huge deck) but lacked any views from the 3rd floor. This was not an issue for us since the beach is so close. Apartment has parking, beach towels, kitchen is pretty well equipped and has a washer/dryer in the unit - a big plus. Overall, a very good value to stay for a week.

this unit was fantastic. the staff there is very nice. the check in with the management group is always easy. this was a very nice unit. it was unique as it had an east and a west facing balcony. the west balcony is really big and super unique to the property.

Property is great and the building is in a great location in SOFI. Pool and hot tub were great too. In fact the property and facilities were exactly as described in VRBO. The check in was easy and communication with the owners / administrators was good.

The apartment is beautiful. The owner goes the extra distance. It was even stocked with essentials including laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. The manager Lisa responded quickly with answers to questions like where is the best sushi, etc. all her recommendations were perfect. Can’t wait to return!
