Our unit is the ideal choice for guests seeking spacious, comfortable accommodations paired with thoughtful amenities to enhance their stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s ample space to relax and unwind, whether you`re traveling with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and dine in at your convenience. The 1st bedroom offers 1 King size bed and an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, and the living room area has a full size sofa bed.

Important Information – Scheduled Lobby Renovation
Please note that lobby renovations are scheduled from August 27 through October 25. During this period, there may be intermittent construction noise and activity in the lobby area. Renovation work is expected to take place daily Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

- Pool Bar: Open 7 Days, 11 am until 8 pm
- Gift Shop/Mini Mart: Open Tuesday through Saturday 9 am until 5 pm
- Pool Office - Towels, etc.: Located in Cabana 101 and is open from 6 am until 9 pm
- The two Jacuzzi`s at the Lower Pool are open and operating.

It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall. Uber, Lyft, rental cars and cabs. Miami Beach, gold courses, night life entertainment are minutes away. Miami airport - 20 minutes ride Port of Miami - 15 minutes ride Brickell, Downtown - 15 minutes ride.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no
deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest`s financial
institution.
