The only downside was that the pool wasn't open last weekend :( We really wanted to swim while staying here. Everything else was just perfect. I hope they can get the pool opened soon !

Newly opened property. Staff were seemingly still learning computer systems and procedures, so check in was quite slow. Upon entering our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. Staff was able to get us switched to a different, clean room, and while they did apologize they didn’t take any special steps to accommodate or “make it right” in any appreciable manner. Decor was clean and modern looking and everything worked well. Very small parking lot with less than 40 spaces and minimal on street parking nearby.

Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.

My room itself was nice and clean. The parking situation was terrible. Minimal spots. When I checked in I told them I paid for my hotel on hotels.com and had a receipt but was told I had to pay $138 down on top of it and supposedly I’d get it back 7-10 business days later. Which I was never informed of. That should be stated somewhere on this website that a security deposit is required on top of your charge for the stay.

There is not enough parking. The beds for being a new hotel are so hard. The breakfast was always out and we had to wait for them to refill. The staff was very helpful but couldn’t help the situations. I planed to stay twice during my trip but I canceled the second stay.

Great hotel for travelers. Staff were super friendly and got me checked in a little early, made it easy to check in, and the hotel was clean, beds were good + comfy. Would stay again next time I'm in Waukesha!

I have three complaints. First, in a room for two, why is there only one chair? This was highly inconvenient for us. We asked to have another chair brought in, but it never came. Second, the elevator. Since when does an elevator lock up if a kid jumps in it? Some idiot kid jumped in the elevator and it was out of service for hours. We had to climb the stairs to our room, and at our age that isn't easy. And third,why did it take so long for a technician to arrive to restart the elevator? I don't see any excuse for that. All in all, a bad travel experience. The employees were very nice and did the best they could. I have no complaint about them. But we won't stay at the Cobblestone again.

You could hear the people above us walking around quite loudly, breakfast was very meager in a tiny little room, parking is limited, and they offer no water to drink. None at breakfast area or even in the fitness center, no water fountains, no bottled water in rooms.. The only drinking water available was in their little store for $4

Very clean as it should be being new. Also the rooms were very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Elevator was not working and the Chophouse restaurant wasn’t open yet . Otherwise very nice and we will stay there again.
