The Space:
Our centrally located Milwaukee masterpiece was recently renovated as a duplex residence with this unit being the second and third level. There is a private entrance so the home looks, operates and feels like a private home.

What stands out about this home is the third floor which is a sunlit escape that features a multipurpose game table or a dining room table. For those looking to use it as a game room enjoy playing billiards or ping pong and turn on the 55" Smart TV to enjoy the big game! For those looking for a dining area, enjoy the quant space with skylights illuminating the area, thoughtful design touches, and a unique homey feel. Additionally, the third floor has one large bedroom with a queen bed, a futon in the common area that doubles as a full size bed, and a unique bathroom with a waterfall type shower head in the all stone bathroom, perfect for decompressing after a long day exploring the city or visiting friends and family.

The second floor of our beautiful rental is designed for relaxation and style, featuring three more chic bedrooms. Two are equipped with queen size beds while the third offers a cozy bunk bed setup, perfect for additional guests.

Gather in the elegant dining room with a large table that comfortably seats your group, or enjoy quality time in the inviting living room, complete with a 60" smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting brand-new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked essentials to make cooking a breeze.
