This modern one-bedroom apartment is situated in the vibrant East Side, one of the most walkable and friendly neighborhoods in the city. Just steps away are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, breweries, a grocery store, and the scenic Riverwalk. With the Fiserv Forum and downtown attractions easily accessible, this is an ideal location whether you`re in town for business or pleasure. The space is cozy, contemporary, and outfitted with every convenience in mind—including a private balcony, in-unit laundry, and a 24-hour fitness center—allowing you to feel right at home.

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on east side of Water St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for `Milwaukee night parking permission` and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
