Heat in room did not work properly. No remote in fitness center. One treadmill not working. Breakfast was great. And although i know this is picky, i do mot enjoy being called honey or things like that, by someone i dont know. That is unprofessional term. Needs only used for people who know each other

I begged for maid service every morning when I left for the event I was attending, only to return to a filthy room with no new towels, trash cans not changed, etc. I was promised this would be dealt with and it never was. My check in was very pleasurable. The gal at the desk was engaging and polite. All staff I had interaction with were friendly and accommodating. The bar/restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient and the food was good. Complimentary breakfast was also very satisfactory. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay. I will return to this hotel next time I am in town.

I usually stay at Hampton Inns and this out was as expected. Everything was quite enjoyable and really appreciated all the work the staff did to keep food flowing for breakfast. No safe, so be aware of that. It took a little time to check in (no one at the front desk).
