The room was great, location was perfect. I loved the loft vibe and exposed brick. It would have been a 5 star review if the TV was working. We couldn't get the TV to turn on.

One of the BEST hotels we have stayed at! Literally kept comparing it to our favorite on the amalfi coast! The room was clean and so spacious, insane light and the common space was amazing for coffee and breakfast. Would be great for a family trip with the rooms and the common space. An added bonus was having an amazing restaurant below! Overall so easy to navigate, safe parking, so walkable and just a great stay. We will be back!

Overall nice, but recommend traveling light since there is no elevator. A bit frustrating that the thermostat reset every few hours. Parking is incredibly limited and we had to get permission to use the handicap spot. The shower head holder was broken rendering it useless, and the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. All that said, it's a pretty place and well decorated. We also enjoyed the experience of a hotel with the convenience of a VRBO. The staff we corresponded with briefly was super friendly. We would stay again, albeit with slightly nerfed expectations.

The main issue was that the thermostat wasn't working. Heater was on continuously to the point that we had to leave the door opened in order to cool down the room over night. The staff couldn't or wouldn't go out of their way to solve the issue. There is no one on-site. If we didn't have some drinks with dinner that night, we would have left the property and found somewhere else to sleep. It was unbearable. They only refunded 42%.

Fun location. Fun interior. Bay View has a strip of stores, lots of food options and one right downstairs. Room was fun though TV would not turn off unless you unplugged (and I was traveling with high tech daughter so it wasn’t just me). Also a fan blew constantly even when air off and no call for heat. Okay for white noise if that’s your thing:) I do love reimagining older buildings so yes, would stay again if in Milwaukee.

This is a gem of a hotel in Milwaukee. Stayed in Suite #1. High ceilings, exposed brick, clean, overall a great space to come home to when visiting MKE. Walkable to most of Bay View, so you have lots of options if you don't wanna drive.

Could not get into room with code provided, had to get an emergency code, had to call back a second time as they did not send the new code as promised. Person states this happened before and they probably need to get it fixed. No parking spaces available, had to park blocks away with luggage. Kitchen barely stocked, only 3 coffee pods, 2 granola bars. Room was nice however. except for the toilet paper roll holder was broken.
