Well to begin. The check in area had about 10 large bin out as if they were moving and it was messy. The pool area did not have towels. The hot tub only had half of the jets working. The sauna was broken or not working. There were other guest staying that were extremely loud past 1030pm. Children were running up and down the halls. Parents in the lobby eating area were extremely loud. We had to be up for a competition very early so sleep was important. In the morning by 720 there was no breakfast left like waffles and other items. Very disappointed.

My room was pretty nice and well equipped. I stayed in a suite. Fairly inexpensive. The breakfast food was terrible and hardly digestible.

Hot tub had very hot water if desired. Room had alot of open space to move around. And was very clean over all. Only thing that i noticed was one of the ceiling vents had not been dusted for a long while. Otherwise we are very happy with our stay there.

As soon as I walked into the lobby the placed smelt of marijuana and cigarettes. I just walked past got my room and head there. The room had the same marijuana and cigarette smell with a cleaning solution trying to mask the smell. I turned to go tell the front desk I couldnt stay in this room, when I turned they did not have a secondary lock on the door. It felt very unsafe there. They moved me to a new room. When I got there I saw that there was only 1 outlet for electronics that was next to the TV. There were no other outlets in the room. I went to lock the door, and this door also didnt lock on the main door handle. I went back to the front desk again. They gave me a new room again. I was late for an appointment so I dropped my stuff and left. When I got back that night the smell of marijuana and cigs still covered the lobby and my room. I was getting a headache and said enough is enough I will not stay the night here or continue my stay. I went to the front desk asking for my receipt and that I would not be staying here and would be leaving. The person in charge said they were not allowed to give me a receipt because the manager had to do that....I have never stayed at a hotel where they have ever said that. I left before midnight not even staying in my room more than 30 minutes the entire time I was there. They told me they may or may not be able to take the charges off the other 3 nights. I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back. DO NOT STAY THERE.
