I’ll start with saying that the staff was exceptional and kind and friendly. The room that I was originally assigned was 75° and rising. I spoke with the staff and I was moved down the hall to a room that was slightly cooler and remained mostly cool throughout the evening, but was extremely warm the next morning.

Room was clean, however we put the housekeeping sign on our day and did not get cleaned. No fresh towels or garbage emptied. Restaurant was great and hood service at check in.

We could write a book! But to make this short, the room was extremely hot the first night. Maintenance came in and turned off the thermostat at 12:00AM after we just couldn’t stand it anymore. We finally got some sleep before out 5AM wake up for our event. The room was freezing cold the next two nights and no way to get any heat now. Following a stolen iPhone charger, and a request for clean towels that never came!
