When I showed up and checked in my room was flooded all of our luggage got wet from the floor. The sink was overflowing and the water was green, it took about 20 minutes for them to get us a new room overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The elevators are terrible!!!! If you have to be somewhere at a certain time you absolutely must add 15 minutes yes 15 minutes MINIMUM. I was told by front desk that pilots were complaining and frustrated. Our dancers stay there every year for state of location and we had to out of necessity this year. We will not do it again.

The property was very clean/nice in appearance and the rooms were comfortable. We were there for an event and it was convenient to restaurants, but we had several issues. The parking ramp is not convenient to the hotel, so definitely bring luggage with wheels for the long walk. They do offer valet but that was very backed up so they asked us to self park. I wish I would've known how long the walk would be. We paid $40 extra per night to access their lounge where there would be non-alcoholic drinks, "hors deurves" and breakfast. The hor deurves were check mix and candy and the coffee and water ran out several times. Breakfast ran out of food and silverware before 8am. As I mentioned there were large events going on so they should've planned for that better. The restaurant provided terrible service by the server. The bartender eventually helped us after we found out the server left without telling us (after serving us for about 2 hours and us waiting on her for 40 minutes each time she came back). The bathrooms were busy (due to the events) nd were constantly out of toilet paper and soap and had overflowing trash cans. Overall it seems like the Marriott staffing was off. Front desk and concierge had plenty of helpful friendly staff. Breakfast/lounge, janitorial and restaurant did not

There was not enough front desk staff…over a three day weekend and at least 10 attempts to stop by and talk to staff there was always at least 6 or more people in line. We booked thru Expedia and despite photos on our specific reservation photo showing a couch in our room there was not one. Reminder that Expedia is not always accurate (which has happened multiple times to me-hotels always just blame Expedia)
