Super happy with our stay in your beautiful apartment. Walking distance to shopping, to the heart of Menton, and breathtaking views to die for. Florence is a treasure, and made us feel right at home. Wunderschön! Wir lieben Menton, nur in den letzten Jahren wurden die Veranstaltungen an den Sablettes leider immer lauter, dass man manchmal nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen konnte. Aber das ist ja wohl von der Stadtverwaltung so gewollt?! Wünschen alles Gute und freuen uns, Florence wieder getroffen zu haben. Herzliche Grüße Uwe und Dorit Ritter

Menton 2023

Points positifs : Appartement très bien, vue magnifique sur la vieille ville et sur la baie de Menton, propre, belle chambre, literie confortable et cuisine bien aménagée sur la montagne au calme. Accueillis par Florence, très agréable et disponible pour répondre aux questions. Commerçants proches. Points négatifs : Pas de Wifi contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, live boxe obsolète. Beaux salon et balcon bien équipés mais malheureusement pas de calme, bruit de fond permanent, motos, voitures et trains. Virages en épingle à cheveux pour accéder dans la résidence. Linge fourni pas précisé dans l'annonce donc une valise de trop . Belles découvertes à faire dans la région, promenade bord de mer bruyante, beaucoup trop de circulation. Deux belles plages de gros sable parking gratuit vers marché U. ruelles du vieux Menton agréables.

Appartement avec une très belle vue sur Menton. La côte pour remonter du centre ville est très pendue et ne s’adresse pas à tout le monde, surtout par forte chaleur. Cette précision devrait être indiquée dans l’annonce. L’appartement est agréable bien que très encombré par les effets personnels des propriétaires. Nous n’avons pas eu de wifi pendant notre séjour, panne. Manque de livret d’accueil et de modes d’emploi du matériel électroménager et autre. Séjour agréable malgré tout

Ein Traum wurde war

Rundum froh waren wir in diesem schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Die Lage ist super, der Blick vom Balkon über das malerische Städtchen Menton und auf‘s Meer unbezahlbar. Die Kommunikation mit Florence, der Vermittlerin vor Ort, war manchmal etwas holprig, aber sie ist sehr nett, geduldig und agiert lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung.

Séjour réussi dans cadre superbe!

Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques aussi bien dans cette magnifique ville de Menton et ses alentours que dans l'appartement formidablement situé au-dessus de Menton avec vue imprenable sur la mer depuis le balcon où il faisait bon prendre tous les repas. Appartement lumineux et agréable où rien ne manque pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes en descente. Pour remonter à l'appartement compter 10 minutes. Important également dans cette ville où les places de parking sont rares: le garage sous-terrain où on peut laisser la voiture pendant tout le séjour et se déplacer sans problème en bus ou en train. Je n'oublierai pas non plus de mentionner l'accueil très sympathique que nous réserve Florence ainsi que sa disponibilité pour tous renseignements pendant le séjour. Bref, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement.

L'appartement est très bien situé à Menton. A 500 mètres a pied du centre ville. L'appartement est tout équipé avec vue sur la mer. Impeccable pour toutes les visites Nous avons fait le carnaval de Nice la fête des 🍋 citrons, Monaco et les petits villages magnifiques

Agréable séjour

Très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cet appartement très bien situé avec une vue unique de carte postale sur la vieille ville et proche du centre, commerces, restaurants et plage. Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, avec parking au sous-sol. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. A recommander.

Excellent séjour à Menton !

L'appartement est très complet c'est comme à la maison très agréable à vivre, il ne manque rien :-)) La terrasse est géniale donnant une vue imprenable sur la côte et les hauteurs de Menton ! Paysages magnifiques à proximité du centre, plages et vieux Menton. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est possible à pieds, en bus ou train.... Nous remercions les propriétaires pour cet excellent séjour à Menton c'était vraiment top !!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung, in der nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super ist natürlich der Balkon mit dem genialen Ausblick. Ein absoluter Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist insbesondere der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, zumal Parkraum in der Nähe sehr knapp ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen. Auch der Empfang durch Florence, die Kommunikation mit ihr sowie die Schlüsselübergabe waren super. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!

Excellent séjour passé à Menton dans un appartement impeccable, très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur mer. Le logement est très spacieux, bien équipé et on s'y sent très à l'aise. La proximité au centre ville est un véritable plus qui permet de laisser la voiture au garage y compris pour faire les courses. Un grand merci à Mme DEL MEDICO ainsi qu'à Florence qui nous accueillie, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité!

Schöne Wohnung mit top Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt oberhalb Menton. Zu Fuss etwa 10 Min bis zentrum und Strand. Am Abend gut machbar, Tagsüber fuhren wir mit dem Auto zum Strand, in der Hitze fanden wir den Aufstieg doch zu anstrengend. Es war immer möglich ein Parkplatz beim Strand zu finden. Für den Strand empfehlen wir Badeschuhe mitzunehmen, da Stein/Kieselstrand. Der Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle war super. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Florence hat super funktioniert.
