In the heart of the city center and a stone's throw from the beaches, in a beachfront residence with a swimming pool, concierge, sauna, and gym (cardio area), a 47 m² one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a terrace. It comprises an entrance hall, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with a 190x190 cm bed also with access to the terrace, and an adjoining shower room with a toilet, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom and living room. A secure private parking space (standard car size) is available in the residence. WIFI, bed linen, and towels are provided.
