A luxury apartment enjoying stunning views over the historic medieval Eze Village, and Cap Ferrat. The apartment is South facing and has 180 degrees uninterrupted views of the Cote D’azur, and is located between Nice and Monaco, both of which are just 20 minutes drive away, and only 5 minutes from the A8 motorway providing quick and easy access from Nice Airport. The apartment is on the top floor of a small three storey block, accessed by stairs and lift within a very quiet, gated and exclusive development with secure covered parking. Both double bedrooms and the comfortable lounge are south facing with sea views through full height sliding patio doors, which open onto the large, extensive private terrace. The modern kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven microwave and washer-dryer. The apartment has a luxury marble bathroom and a cloakroom. The terrace is furnished with a wide selection of furniture including comfortable armchairs, dining table and sun loungers, plus has the benefit of having electric awnings so that alfresco dining can be enjoyed in the shade. Within the development there is a large heated communal pool (May to September), with plenty of sun loungers, and a tennis court. There is also a caretaker on site to assist with any issues that may arise. The apartment comes equipped with:

We would recommend hiring a car, so as to enjoy all that the French Riviera has to offer, but Eze Village is just a ten minute walk, where there is a regular bus service between Nice, Beaulieu and Monaco. Within the village, there is a well stocked convenience store, boulangerie, chemist, tabac and various restaurants and bars. Other places of interest include Nice old town which has plenty of boutiques and bars to explore, Menton (30 minutes drive) with its famous undercover daily food market, the wine growing region of Bellet (20 minutes drive), Antibes (40 minutes drive), and it is even possible to drive to the skiing resorts of Isola and Auron (approximately 90 minutes drive).
