Great location, old renovation well done and was comfortable. Our only negative was we arrived on a Sunday evening and seemed as if cleaning crew just skipped thru cleaning from the from previous occupants. All trash cans were full counter top had food crumbs and microwave and refrigerator were not wiped out. Nothing that could not be fixed by us in a short period of time. Just kinda made our first impression unexpected. We felt this is not the normal bedding and bathroom was clean.

This place was great! Perfect for a small family with dogs. The pool table and large fenced in back yard were fantastic for the down time we had at the house. Very clean and welcoming. I'd stay again

Everything else was as I expected, and I would stay again. Quiet area, good working AC, hot water for the shower. Pool table was nice too.I have to ding it 1 star on "cleanliness" only because when we arrived, there was a strong odor of cat pee/litter. We searched and could not find the source, or any evidence of a cat, so possibly the previous guests brought a cat? We aired it out and was manageable for the remainder of the stay. Everything was actually clean, so I really have no idea where the smell came from. I hesitated mentioning this in the review, because if it was a previous guest, it isn't the fault of the owner. But ultimately, I feel like if anyone had been in the house within the previous 24 hours to clean or anything, it would have been immediately obvious. So, I'm doing this to make sure it doesn't get overlooked in the future for anyone.
