"wifi worked well. breakfast was excellent (we had it included). room was fine but badly needed options to hang things in room and especially bathroom. bed was comfortable. location is fantastic."

"This hotel is centrally located, the traditional Italian breakfast buffet is really good and filling with lots of options to choose from. My room was clean and i was able to open my window to allow in fresh air which I appreciated. The hotel staff is friendly, as i was greeted with smiles and very easy to talk to."

"Two weeks and six hotels for our Europe vacation, and this was hands down our favorite hotel of the entire journey. Everything about the experience was outstanding. I received a message via WhatsApp from the hotel a couple of days prior to our arrival with details about our stay. Lou, who was working the front desk on our arrival, was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was AMAZING. Comfortable furniture, a large and spotless bathroom (which was connected to the room by a cool "tunnel", and a beautiful view of the Basilica and square. Honestly, this may be one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. If I had to be critical about anything, it would be that the rooftop restaurant is very, very expensive. We went up on our last night planning on having dinner there, we ended up just having two glasses of wine -- those two glasses cost more than any of the dinners we had in Rome. But it is an amazing place to catch the sunset."
