staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked about early check out, as well as luggage storage! room was clean and bed was comfy. large enough room for just two of us. good walking distance to amenities, food and attractions :)

The staff at Jo&Joe Roma are very friendly and have great customer service very contrast with other place like restaurants which I have terrible experience because I was treated horrible as a customer. But Jo&Joe Roma and people at the Vatican Church saved the day.

If I had planned further in advance, I would not have stayed here and would not stay here again, however - the staff is great, the property is unique (a former monastery), and it's very accessible. Sharing a room with others will always be a compromise, but noise carries from room to room and from the bathroom. The bunkbeds in shared rooms are made of composite plywood and between those and the mattresses, they generate a lot of noise. Breakfast is cheap for 10E if purchased when you check in and there are a lot of options, but it's the same thing each time. The food is great and well priced. Plenty of great things to say about this space for the price compared to what else was available during the Easter jubilee.

What a lovely stay in a very convenient neighborhood. Easy walk to the train station, metro, Trevi Fountain, Panthéon, Spanish Steps, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff with a nice courtyard and restaurant. I especially liked the privacy in the bunks.
