Great location in the middle of all the major sites with a 2 minute walk to a nice shopping area and only a few hundred yards to a coffee shop. The staff were very helpful and provided us with an early check-in and help our bags while the room was being prepared. We also used the spa which was excellent with a sauna, pool and relaxation area. All in all a great stay and we already booked for one additional night at the end of our stay.

Centrally located. Easy walking. Lovely coffee shops nearby. Little confusing entrance as we came to the door and was locked. Happened to walk down the street and came to the spa and met person to let us in.

3 Night Stay in Roma

Decent hotel, very convenient area to the major landmarks. A/C wasn’t working and the room would smell like the trash bins outside if you left the window open. There is no lobby/active receptionist on site which was a bit annoying. Overall a nice place to stay, just missing some major components needed for a great hotel.

Lovely stay in Rome

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Staying in touch via WhatsApp if you required anything. Street noise may be an issue in the warmer months, however it’s a city centre so to be expected.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. To start, we got a standard double room. The room we got was nothing like in the photos. It was super small, and my husband could barely fit in the bathroom and in the shower. Again, nothing like in the photos. The shower was not super clean either, and the water was leaking on the floor each time we showered. There was 2 small water bottles, and when we asked for another water bottle the next day, they said we had to pay 1 euro for it. At least they could provide new water bottles the next day. There was no coffee, just a tea pot and tea bags in the room. We travel a lot, and we usually know what to expect when we book hotels, but this one was a surprise, unfortunately. Also, there was no one at the front desk ever, but they messaged us a lot about the check out time, reminded us a million times that we have to be out by 10:30 am. It felt a little odd. But there were some positive things about the hotel, of course. The windows are soundproof, so you sleep like a baby. Everything was walking distance, the location was great. There is a coffee/pastry shop just a block away. Tons of restaurants, etc. Again, the most disappointing thing is that the photos of the rooms are misleading, at least for a standard double room. If I saw the original photos, I won't book it.

The overall stay was good. The staff were friendly and always responsive over WhatsApp and the rooms were well cleaned. The tv was a little dated in our room and the shower door didn’t shut completely but these were minor issues

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, good location, easy to walk to the main sites and taxis everywhere. Lovely clean rooms and the staff were so friendly and kind. The communication was great too. Very nice pastry shop just around the corner as well.

This is really a rooming establishment without a restaurant or breakfast service. It's comfortable, clean, quiet, and conveniently located, but there's no reception desk and little possibility for contact with staff unless by phone. Though excellent in some ways, it is limited in others. for this reason, it seems overpriced.

The staff were all superb which allowed for a very quick check in. Lots of information provided when we were shown to our room, including being provided a map of the local area. They arranged taxis for us to the airport and stored our cases safely on our last day. They are all very accommodating in all areas and we would stay again. Lots of nice little places to eat on the doorstep if you have had a busy day exploring and wanted a bite close to home.

Lovely place, very clean and comfortable at a good price. Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Central location in walking distance to all major locations including the Vatican which took 40 minutes at a leisurely pace. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I return to Rome. I didn’t use any of the facilities such as the spa so can’t comment on that.
