The staff was very proactive in making sure they were ready for our arrival time. Once we arrived, we were given a brief yet thorough review of how to use the property, how to get help from the staff (whatsapp), and where to pick up the hop on / hop off bus nearby. Breakfast the following mornings was delivered to our door, consisting of fresh baked croissants and rolls, coupled with the complimentary juice and coffee was a delight for me, my wife, and three young children. We would certainly stay here again!

This hotel is very nice. Located on a quiet street but 5 minutes walking distance to several places to eat. Room serviced daily, service was excellent. Front desk very responsive to our needs AND went far out of their way to help get us on our way! I didn’t see a name tag but the young lady on duty closed our stay out in style. She ran interference on the elevator, helped us get our bags out of the facility and verified we had the correct cab as there were several departures at the same time. She should be commended by her managers for the work and support she provided!

The principale dire was really hard to find but when you are used to it it's a really really nice hotel. They serve you breakfast in a basket each morning! We really enjoyed our stay. And it's really near each monuments you wanna see you have just to walk !

I would have chose 5 stars, but the 55 steps up to the apartment was very trying, especially with luggage. The telephone to the front desk did not work and when we had a problem we had a difficult time contacting them. The location was awesome and the place was clean. The speak easy downstairs was the best!! All in all a great experience.

This place is a gem! The location is amazing and close to restaurants and very walkable to many must see sights in Rome. The customer service was excellent and the room was clean and we had a very comfortable stay.

Overall, the hotel was lovely and very clean. The location was fantastic walkable to almost everything. The room itself was actually very spacious for three people. We would say the only downsize was the breakfast. They put pastries in a bag outside of your room. I think we were expecting a little more than what we got.

Short stay, Aenea Inn was a great place to stay. Short walk from Colosseum and the Forum. Comfortable room with continental breakfast left upside door in a wicker basket. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Aenea, easy to find right from Roma Termini and close to all the main historical attractions. We were welcomed with kindness and shown to our comfy and clean room with complimentary beverages and snacks along with a perfect Italian breakfast delivered right to our door before we departed. Lift made it easy to take up your luggage and even though you are right in the thick of it, we did not hear a peep overnight and slept so well in the peace and quiet in the eternal city!
