L'appartement est situĂ© dans un joli quartier, avec un supermarchĂ© Ă proximitĂ©, le parc olympique trĂšs vite accessible, une ligne de bus et le mĂ©tro Viau qui permettent de se dĂ©placer facilement. Il est trĂšs propre avec de l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager moderne et complet. Il faut partager la laveuse sĂ©cheuse avec les autres appartements et il n'est pas toujours facile d'avoir un crĂ©neau.Nous passions la journĂ©e hors de l'appartement, en visites et chez nos enfants ce qui nous a permis de ne pas ĂȘtre trop gĂȘnĂ©s par la situation en sous sol. On a l'impression d'ĂȘtre trĂšs enfermĂ©s. Tout Ă©tait parfait au niveau de l'appartement lui mĂȘme, pour un couple c'est trĂšs bien cependant l'ensemble des condos Ă©tant louĂ©s de façon temporaire, on ne sait pas Ă l'avance comment se comporteront les locataires du dessus. Pour nous ce fut trĂšs pĂ©nible d'ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©s Ă 4h du matin par des gens qui rentrent peut ĂȘtre de soirĂ©e, ou de ne pas pouvoir s'endormir tellement ils faisaient du bruit (galopades dans l'escalier, pas avec chaussures sur le parquet, voix, musique, douches etc....) C'est sans doute un problĂšme d'isolation mais c'est le gros inconvĂ©nient de l'appartement en sous sol.
