Excellent hotel. Staff were professional and very friendly. The bartenders and wait staff especially were fantastic. Hotel is a short, easy walk to the U-Bahn. We’d very much be interested in staying again next time we visit.

Mixed experience... booked upgrade not recognised at arrival, took ages to get sorted. Next morning included breakfast not recognised and had to pay 34 euros.. later found email confirmation of inclusion so got that sorted only to find the late check.out had not been applied. Real issue was treatment at breakfast, made to feel i was trying to steal from them by a woman with very poor customer service skills. Not sure I'll be back despite the quality of the rooms being great, never had any ussues like this in the Marriott which is 50m away.

Lovely Hotel with Unhappy Staff

After many years of visiting Munich, I was looking forward to staying at this hotel. While the facility is spotless and comfortable, the staff seemed overall unhappy and unaccomidating. I recommend looking elsewhere at this price point.

I was travelling with my son and we specifically booked a junior suite so that he could have a sofa bed. On arrival we were told that sofa bed was not possible as housekeeping had gone for the day. They then told me that they would find a solution within the hour. Their solution was to not tell me that they would not be making up the sofa bed for my son- it was way after his bed time. We had stayed in the (very overpriced/poor value) restaurant in order that they could make up the room. At 11pm one member of staff reluctantly made up the sofa bed into a bed. My son reported that it was one of the worst soaf beds he had ever been on. This was in stark contrast to a ski hotel we had stayed in at Kaprun earlier that week - where staff could not have been more helpful.
