Kitchen is complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, dishes, plates, silverware, cook and bake ware, pots and pans and plenty of extras in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen television with ensuite bathroom with shower only, 2nd bedroom has queen bed with a flat screen television, 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. Top is a double and bottom is a queen. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Dining room seats six people with five stools at the kitchen island. Cable and internet are included. Ceiling fans through out the home. Side by side washer and dryer. Screened Front porch with furniture. Gas grill available. Concrete driveway with covered porch. Outdoor shower is available for renters to use after a day at the beach. New carpet in all bedrooms. Linens are not included in the rental. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts.
