This 2/2 condo is located in the very special Ave Maria community next to one of the most spectacular Catholic churches in the world. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room.

The Ave Maria church is home to many conferences and beautiful ceremonies. The grand space offers plenty of space for worship and events.

There are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants at your doorstep, plus fabulous views from your deck. It's the perfect place for a relaxing summer break full of sun and soft breezes.

Host was welcoming and available when we arrived at night. Amt. of linens and bathroom items, as well as hairdryers much improved over previous stay. More kitchen utensils seem to have been available this time.One visitor is highly allergic to feather pillows, so he had a few problems the first night, but was able to find non-feather pillows for the rest of the stay.Condo very well situated in the town. Internet worked well. I believe there were a few new furniture items, such as, the recliner couch.Thank you for a great Christmas.

Poor experience

While this space was appropriate for the size of our family, it was significantly lacking in tools to cook, which is the whole reason we get a VRBO so we don't have to spend money out. There were no adequate pots to boil past, no cooking trays, no basic condiments like salt and pepper, very few towels, the walls were scuffed up in multiple areas, as was the furniture. When we contacted the vendor, she would not bring over cooking supplies until the next day and she said something like, "Oh, but a whole new set of pots has been ordered", which is no help for us. The cost was way over what the amenities were. We were also dissapointed to hear that other residents in the building were allegedly not allowed to have short stay rental guests, but require to do 30 days or more. Somehow this seller has been able to rent out the space beyond what the building allows. This does not seem ethical. We would encourage others to avoid this property. On the plus side, the floors, counter tops, beds, and bathrooms were clean (excluding the dirty/scuffed walls and chipped furniture).

Excellent - great AMU / Ave Maria, Fl location, nice quiet building, nice condo, a little expensive for a short stay when you add all of the fees. But overall an excellent experience!

missing items

no hair dryer, no cleaning products, no garbage bags. two towels for 2 people. no mop. no sponge lots of sample lotion, but no shampoo. Needed to have plumber come to fix toilet upon arrival. However, Property manager was the BEST.

Excellent place to stay

This condo is lovely and an excellent location. Check in was easy, condo is really clean and well supplied. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo while visiting our college student. We will stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Condo is very comfortable and well decorated. Kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook and the grocery store is a short walk away to purchase your ingredients. If you don’t feel like cooking, there is a great pub restaurant downstairs. We did our morning walk around the neighborhood and spent afternoons by the pool. For a change of pace we packed a lunch and made a day trip to one of the beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful stay in Ave Maria

With not very much notice we were able to book this condo and everything was perfect. The condo was comfortable and clean (although it did seem to smell like a smoker might have lived here, but not enough to impact the stay). Kelly was so hospitable and helpful. I certainly would return if I needed a place to stay at Ave Maria!

relaxing weekend at Ave Maria

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The condo is beautiful and within steps of everything Ave Maria has to offer. We were able to spend time with our daughter who is a university student and get a nice chance to relax as well.
