Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options

Really clean room. Very minimalistic in offering but did its job. Most of the staff was so friendly and helpful and patient with all the international travelers. However there are a couple, specifically in the early morning or late night that were very short and always acted as they were annoyed. The location is very prime to hop on the trains anywhere in Italy and there are a few great morning espresso and pastry shops to grab and go from nearby. If you miss home, there’s a McDonald Cafe but it’s a very Italian menu. Walking to nearby shops and landmarks is great too. Only distance is to the harbor if you have a sea excursion. Just grab a taxi and be very specific on exactly where you need to go. Google Maps works well for that.

For the price, it was a fine hotel. Check in was easy, and the location is convenient, but unsafe. Do not leave your hotel late at night. Early evening for dinner is just fine. We left early in the morning and saw a very concerning amount of blood on the street within 30 seconds of the front door. There is a very nice terrace so you don’t need to leave nor stay in your room. The shower was extremely small (and I am not a big person). The room was clean but not the most comfortable. All in all, I would not recommend this to a friend or stay here again.

OK hotel, with room for improvement

Decent and comfortable hotel right by the station, and a walk away from the port and historic city centre. The only issue is the lifts are small, and one was out of order. Also, they have no parking options or partnerships with parking companies. It wasn’t great value for money.

Jetlag day

Great location, super convenient for the train station. Staff was awesome, arrived at 730am, stored our bags, made a quick trip to Pompeii, and back to check in at 2pm. Plenty of food and shopping right outside.

Great location

Great stay in a great location. Very close to the train station and pick up for a tour to Pompeii. Loved that there were multiple charging ports close to the bed.

We stayed at B&B Hotel Napoli near the terminal. The hotel was overall fine, but definitely on the stingy side. There weren’t separate toiletries like shampoo, lotion, or body shower — just one all-in-one soap for everything. The in-room phone didn’t work, and there was no guide or directory provided, which made it inconvenient when trying to reach the front desk or find basic info. It’s a decent place if you just need a bed near the station, but the lack of amenities and small details took away from the overall comfort.

The room was not like the photos they advertised. Room was like a hospital room. Bathroom had cockroaches!!!!!. Room also had a strong chemical smell. Toilet was very close to the wall. Water from shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Towels were rough. Room was hot. You can hear all the noises from the streets (cars and sirens), upstairs and the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good and only paid a small price. Location walking distance from the train station but surrounding streets did not feel safe.

Federico at the front desk as well as the other gentleman were spectacular! Very friendly, helpful, and arranged us a taxi to the airport at 5:30 am. He informed us of the price hike we would of got if it wasn’t ordered through the hotel It’s located across from Metropolitana Napoli Centrale, meaning it was super easy access to transit Surrounding area was a grimy but that’s expected with the area of Naples. It was also extremely loud and the windows don’t block out any noise from the city. We heard consistent honking, talking, yelling, and music from outside the whole stay. Great food near by, and a lovely rooftop terrace with incredible views of Naples and Vesuvius Great cheap option if you’re staying overnight in Naples, wouldn’t recommend for any more than a night however
