Enjoy your beach vacation in our home in Naples Park! Prime location, only 3 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach AND Mercato (whole foods, restaurants, bars, fun) Updated 2/2 home with lovely backyard/lanai and plenty of living space. 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike as well as beach chairs, tent and towels available. We also have an 88 keys electric keyboard in case you wish to play the piano. Feel free to park in our covered garage complete with electric EV charging capability. Brand new roof, brand new AC, brand new water heater! We enjoyed living in this home for six years and now our place is yours! Experience Naples in our clean, quiet home and garden. 8 min drive to beautiful outdoor shopping at Waterside shops and the Naples Philharmonic (symphony, shows, museum) 15 min to charming “downtown Naples” 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Near Vanderbilt Beach

Our stay was after our son’s wedding. We relaxed in this very well equipped house. The owners were very responsive to all our requests and looked after us very well. The house is close to all amenities including Mercator, Publix, Walmart and Vanderbilt Beach. Only 40 minutes to RSW airport. We would defo like to stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Lovely and well decorated 2 BR, 2 bath is close to beach, shopping & fun restaurants. Nicely landscaped with a very spacious inviting lanai. Very nice and accommodating owner.

Great walkable Location

Clean and great location close to the beach and Mercato complex where there are great restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for. The lanai was one of our favorite areas to sit. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. She was also very responsive when we discovered upon arrival a couple of minor things that needed attention. All in all, a great vacation experience.

Perfect in every way!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property as it was perfect in every way. The indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, spacious and well furnished. We really appreciated that all the extras were provided (beach chairs, cooler, bikes, even a beach tent/shelter!) We were also blown away by all the special touches like beautiful outdoor lighting, a huge TV (which we never turned on) and a sound bar that rocks!! The beach and the restaurants are amazing as well! Best of all, the host is communicative and accommodating. We will be back!

A perfect vacation stay

the property was wonderful vey clean and well kept. The owners were terrific and were available if needed. I would have no hesitations about staying here again. We already are planning to return. The only suggestion i have is for them to put a tv in the master bedroom.Great time!

Refreshing and memorable

We enjoyed Easter week with our daughter and made sweet new memories. The screened in lanai was delightful and peaceful. We witnessed 2 baby doves abandon the security of their nest and take their 1st flight. All in all a lovely and enjoyable time.

Pleasant stay in Naples Park

My husband and I were pleased with this property. It was more than adequate for the two of us. The house is clean, comfortably furnished and decorated. There is a spacious, inviting lanai out back where we could sit, relax and read in quiet comfort. The location is ideal for trips to the beach, shopping and dining. We hope to re-visit the next time we are in Naples!

Garden Home Stay

This home was perfect for our trip to Naples for many reasons. We enjoy travel as a family, which includes the dog. We enjoy easy access to dining, beaches, shopping, and entertainment. We like to keep our lives comfortable, and clean. This property and manager checked all those boxes for us. We look forward to returning.
