Good location to access restaurants, events, etc. staff was pleasant but young, so understanding higher levels of professionalism and service not present. Room was small, toilet not affixed to floor properly, shower bar falling off, outdoor restaurant, bar, live music, loud patrons directly below very thin paned windows. Bedding very thin and not plush. Overall dissatisfied and will not stay here again.

Nice hotel - reasonably priced for the location. waling distance to 5th ave shops and restaurants plus a nice view of the bay
