Beautiful Guest house with Pickleball Court on 5 acre estate
Welcome to your peaceful retreat on a beautiful 5-acre estate that backs up to 600 acres of county-owned land. This modern 2BR/1BA guest house offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of outdoor space to unwind. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV with live streaming, and a shared pickleball court just steps from your door.
There are three homes on the property—including the main house, which is also rented on Airbnb. Your guest house is the home on the far left, next to the pickleball court, with its own designated yard area. A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.
Please note: pets must remain on a leash when outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or cats. Water is supplied through a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.
