This is a wonderful little studio that was perfectly located. Less than 5 minutes away from Mercato with lots of shopping and restaurants. And about 25 minutes away from Marco island and everything in between. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A Tiny Gem!

I was extremely happy with this rental. I was traveling solo and it was just right for my needs. The unit was exactly as shown in the listing photos. The bed / bedding was top quality! Most importantly, Alan was accessible and very responsive to my communication. It is centrally located for all the southwest Florida towns and cities, and is in the middle of the block of a quiet, working class area. The front deck was lovely and shaded landscaping offers privacy. I would stay at this listing again!

He is a Premier Host for a reason

The apartment was great. I was in town for several days for a tennis tournament, and the apartment provided a quiet, convenient setting to move about town. It is close to everything and has a washer and dryer on-prem, which was convenient for the tennis laundry. If I needed anything, Alan was on it. If I come to town by myself again, I will stay there.

Cute studio! Convenient Location!

The cottage perfectly fit our needs. I was there for work in the Naples/Fort Myers area and my husband was there to play pickleball in the US Open. The location worked out well. The studio was small but was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. I would definitely recommend!

Alan's place was particularly well located to get to all areas around Naples. It was spotless and remarkably efficient in its use of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Instructions left in the cottage were clear. Also, Alan left local recommendations which served us well. All in all, Alan's cottage worked extremely well and we would stay there again when back in Naples.

Really easy and perfect for us

This cute little studio was perfect for our quick stay back home. I was born and raised here so coming home for the holidays is important. Ever since my mom had to sell her house it’s been really tough managing coming home and finding an affordable stay close to my family and all their activities. My 6 pound yorkie felt very comfortable staying here as well. Would love to rent it again.

Clean and cute too boot!

It is a small studio, well appointed and clean. The table top was a bit loose but useable. I mentioned it to the owner and got a positive response to checking on it. Quick responses to my texts. Just right for two who are out a lot but need the kitchen and great location!

Adorable place!

This adorable cottage was beautifully decorated and perfect for what I needed while visiting Naples. They have made the most of the space, and it was wonderful to be able to sit on the porch and enjoy the lovely weather. The bed was super comfy! I've already reserved additional times to stay!

Honeymoon

It was very easy booking it. Alan kept constant communication, informing us of the access info and asking if there was anything we’d need. The property was very clean with plenty of amenities inside. It was beautifully beachy and decorated and the location was really good in the heart of Naples. Made for a perfect honeymoon!

Perfect For Two

Alan's beachy cottage was perfect for a three night stay for my boyfriend and I. Alan supplied all of the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels) and was very communicative throughout our stay. There are beaches within biking distance and quite a few beach options just a 10 minute or less drive away. Safe neighborhood with ample parking, nearby Publix, restaurants, etc. that made staying here easy and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Small space with everything you need...

Two of us spent 2 nights at this accommodation. Although the space is small it functions very well and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It was very clean and the check-in/communication was fantastic. It was nice to have things like spices, coffee filters, etc for our short stay. The outside space on the deck adds a lot and the availability of the beach chairs was a big plus for us. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
