Our Newer single family home has a gorgeous pool and Lanai with palm trees, 3 bedrooms that offer a king size bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk beds with a double and a twin in the 3rd bedroom., It also has 2 full bathrooms, a full furnished living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage. Sleeps 7 comfortably with room for up to 9. Ceiling fans, central AC, walk in closets, master bath, The home was new in 2002 and professionally decorated, and has close proximity to the beautiful Gulf Beaches and is within a mile to the well known Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass Gulf Beach parks. Relaxing Stay

Wonderful and relaxing stay. House was clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the code to get in, but Dan was extremely responsive and had the problem solved immediately. Spent most of the week in the pool and around the lanai. The Bose music system outside was a nice extra we were not expecting. The cooking amenities were very basic. I love to cook but there was not a lot of serving utensils and dishes and just a few pots and pans but I was able to make do with what was there. Overall it was a great stay and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Positive; nice pool, close to beach, shops, Restaurants , dog friendly.. Could use some new patio furniture. I understand its rentable to dogs so they don’t want the finest. The house was clean enough but not behind furniture or top of appliances. A nice basket was there on our arrival with goodies and wine. Negative: lots of traffic and no place to walk except sidewalk on relatively busy street or in the street on side street. We had a good time and we were able to bring our dog. A few minor adjustments . The neighborhood is obviously in transition. Lots of tear downs with new builds and some unkempt houses. We have never stayed in North Naples before but I can see its advantages. We

Fabulous location in North Naples! Plenty to do beach close by and great restaurants. We spent 4 weeks in the house for February and had our adult children and friends visit. All enjoyed their stay!! Communication for the house was also awesome!

Overall no complaints, Dan was very responsive and undoubtedly seemed eager to help if we had any major issues, which we did not. The location was good right off highway 41 which is the major connecting road to many areas.

A Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay, house was very cozy and relaxing. Everything was in close distance of the home . Very clean and safe environment. Dan was a great person, if we ever have to return we will definitely stay again. They made their home feel like home away from home.

Great accommodations, convenient location

This home was conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dining etc. Our host, Dan, was extremely responsive before, during and after our stay. House offered great amenities including the pool/lanai area, grill, nice kitchen setup with all the necessities and a robust internet connection that accommodated multiple family members working remotely. Three spacious bedrooms allowed for separation as well. Access to beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. as well as bikes to ride to the beach was especially nice. In-house laundry was a huge plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!
