This spacious beach homes accommodates 11 guests in 4 bedrooms with ample sleeping area. The master bedroom upstairs includes a full suite style layout. As you enter the room you will be greeted with a private dedicated work area, a full closet, computer and printer - the master bathroom offers a double sink, private toilet area, separate tub, and a walk in shower equipped with two shower heads on either side - shut the door and enjoy a peaceful night sleep on the king bed or throw a movie on the tv before dozing off.

The remaining three bedrooms all come with an ensuite bathrooms. The upper level holds two of those bedrooms. The bunkbed room has 2 twin mattresses and a bunkbed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Lastly upstairs, you will have another king bed, closet and mounted tv!

The down stairs bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, tv, closet and direct walkout access to the back patio! This bedroom grants the opportunity for anyone that may need one single living!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Two of the bathrooms are private to the upstairs bedrooms (master suite and other king bed room). The down stairs bathroom and upstairs bathroom in the bunkbed room have the option to be ensuite bathrooms via a pocket sliding doors, or can be shut off from the bedrooms with separate access.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a large kitchen island that seats three. The dining area seats 8 guests at the gorgeous table, and a lounge area for morning coffee as you stare out to the serene backyard. Don't be shy to completely open up the back sliding glass door for the full experience!

The first lounge is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an LG Smart TV and remote, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The secondary lounge, upstairs, is outfitted with a modern lounge vibe , LG Smart TV and remote, upstairs sink, built in wine fridge, and coffee bar!

Laundry area is on the main floor of off the living room with direct access to the garage.
