We couldn’t stay when we got there. There was no one at the front desk had to look for him. As we saw the rooms being cleaned, there was a maid with two young children, maybe 2 to 4 years old smoking cigarettes while cleaning a room with the kids in there playing on the bed. Garbage and trash cans, full, and spilling over of garbage rooms smell and the pictures posted on Hotels.com must’ve been years old we had to leave and follow a dispute with their credit card company felt so bad for the people who couldn’t go anywhere else.

To start I was not a fan of the Palestinian flag but to each there own. But the smell in the office was horrible and it wasn't from the cat sitting on the counter. Really not sure what the smell was from. The room itself was very basic. The mattresses where not real mattress. They were the orange foam mattress you see in camper trailers on $89 black amazon bed frames that sqeak. And again the smell. The room smell was different more musty. I was so tied I went straight to bed. In the morning I figure out why it smelled so bad. Lots of mold in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

They dont have heaters in the room, really cold in Florida now and it is really really cold in the rooms, which could be a lot cleaner too -over all not a great place to stay.

Free Internet was advertised, however, it didn’t work. The room next to us partied all night. They were very loud. You could hear every word plus, the young lady had men in and out all evening. Needless to say. We didn’t get any sleep. I would never stay here again, sorry to say.

You get what you pay for. There were 5 cockroaches I saw, in the bathroom there was broken glass on the floor and under the tv there was blood on the floor and ants in the bathroom. There was no TV remote and you cannot turn it on manually, they said to stop by the office to pick it up upon my return...only they couldn't find it and gave me room 17's remote which did not work. So I couldn't even watch tv, and the shower NEVER got hot and I waited 20 minutes and never got more than luke warm. Disappointing for sure.
