Elegantly furnished and decorated apartment in an impeccably maintained property that provides for complete relaxation time with the opportunity to enjoy the nearby famous Naples beach and marinas, dine at the restaurants and visit the shops on the 5th avenue and 3rd street, and for much more to discover in downtown Naples. Available for monthly and annual rent. The 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment (544 sq ft) is on the 2nd floor, has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a common living area. It is comfortable for 2 people and one pet. The apartment is completely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom, a big couch in the open living area, a dining table, and chairs.
