Emplacement +++, mais le reste n'est que négatif : - vieil appartement vétuste, très sale, très bruyant, lumière du jour quasi nulle - aucun vrai lit : uniquement 2 vieux, sales et poussiéreux canapés convertibles - la seconde chambre est tellement petite que nous avons été contraints de mettre les 2 matelas (vieux et sales) au sol - TV non numérique, 4 chaînes régionales seulement - 2 chaises cassées à notre arrivée - plomberie générale hors d'âge, bruyante, pannes et fuites diverses bref, aucun investissement ni entretien n'est fait dans ce vieil appartement.
