Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and carpet-free—which I really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I requested a wake-up call and was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from a person. As an extra touch, they turned on all the lights and opened the windows a few minutes later, which was perfect for someone who might otherwise fall back asleep. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.

This hotel was a perfect hotel for us. It had a great location in Naples, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and spacious. They had a decent breakfast buffet. The atrium/lobby is very nice. I scheduled a wake up call and received a live Voice, which was very nice for a change, and within a couple of minutes after I answered the call all the lights in the hotel room came on, and the window blinds went up. This is a great feature for someone that needs an extra push to get out of bed in the morning. The only issue we had was that there was only one set of elevators. It does take a while to get to the elevator if you’re on the other side of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again!

Innovation is a truly impressive hotel. Originally designed as a private hotel for the staff and guests of Arthrex, a nearby medical facility in Naples, it has recently opened to the public. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed with clean lines and an abundance of interior trees and plants. There’s a calm, healthy feeling throughout the space that feels both safe and welcoming. We stopped in for a light snack before getting ready for New Year’s Eve and ordered the tuna nachos and artichoke dip. Both appetizers were excellent and set high expectations for dining. Breakfast was included, which typically means a lighter offering. While the coffee bar was very nice, I did wish there had been a full-service breakfast option. Based on the quality of the food we had the day before, I think they would have done this extremely well. The breakfast area itself felt a bit uninviting, and the food selection was fairly basic. As for the room, it was comfortable and well designed, but a small fridge and a bathroom exhaust fan would have been appreciated additions. Overall, Innovation is a beautiful, well-executed hotel with a serene, modern feel.

This is such a unique hotel! It’s where surgeons stay to work with or learn about the company that owns it. When you pull up it doesn’t look like a hotel at all but you’re in the right place! The room is modern and very clean. The only thing we don’t like is the toilet - it’s massive and way too high. I’m 5’8” and was on top toes - it was very strange and uncomfortable. There’s also no fridge. But everyone was friendly and professional and we’d highly recommend this unique experience!
