Super clean but warm

The property was super clean but we were instructed the AC would not go below 74 without damaging the unit. This was fine during the day but made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The sleep foundation recommends a temperature between 60-69F. I recommend making any necessary upgrades for a more comfortable night sleep.

What a location!

Nice house with four bedrooms. Layout of house enable privacy. Several rooms where you could congregate for conversation. The pool was sparkling and inviting. All went well.

Highly Impressed

I was very impressed with the home. Most importantly, this home was immaculately clean! It was stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The backyard was like an oasis with the heated pool, plenty of seating, and a grill for bbq'g. When visiting Naples again, I hope this home is available to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Florida.

Birthday getaway

The house was even better than the description. Great location and so much space. Communication with LiveRightVacations was excellent. They were very helpful and easy to work with. We could not get the microwave to work and they sent someone right out to look at it. A simple fix and it was working again. Very attentive and polite! The house was very well stocked! We would definitely stay again here or look at other LiveRightVacations properties.

Very nice vacation home in a great location

Enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet vacation home, located close to Naples shopping and Vanderbilt beach. A few of the Roku TV's were not working and were unable to use, but the main living room TV was working fine. Other than that, the house was as described. My only complaint about the kitchen was only one drying towel was provided. Thankfully I had brought a couple of my own, as I tend to hand wash dishes instead of running a dishwasher constantly.

Perfect Get Away Vacation Home

Loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive. The home was exactly as advertised in the listing. We rode our bikes to the beach. Enjoyed the pool in the evenings after sunset. Great neighborhood.

Beach Vacation

Spacious and clean. Up-to-date appliances, nice Florida room and pool. Short walk to beach-and equipped with beach chairs, towels etc. Convenient to restaurants, several groceries, pharmacies and parks. Be aware that access to the back bedroom, porch and pool from the other parts of the house is through one of the other bedrooms, so plan accordingly. We were all in the same family so that worked ok for us. Quick responses to a couple of minor questions. Overall great experience!

Great location!

The house suited our needs for our stay. There were lots of towels which was great. The house was clean. The location was perfect- just a short drive to the state park, Resteraunt’s, and beaches. The house was located in a nice neighborhood.

Naples Park Getaway

First I want to say that our property manager, Lisa, was fabulous. She went above and beyond to help us: When we arrived we had the wrong security code to enter the property. Corrected quickly It was very chilly that night and we could not figure out the thermostat. She came right over. The pool heater was not working, fixed by Wednesday. This fee was comped because it was not working. We have rented properties for vacations many times and here are some suggestions: Mirrors in the bedrooms More plastic cups for by the pool Tissues in the bathrooms, maybe a grab bar in the master, due to the high step. water saving shower head in the bathroom (we try to be very environmentally conscious Additional trash can liners The floors were not clean. If you walked around the house barefoot for very long the bottom of your feet were very dirty. We did have an electrician there for a few hours Friday afternoon. Since the house was not completely ready and we did have workmen in and out a few days I believe that I should have a credit more than just comping the pool fee. We do come to Naples frequently and would definitely use you again, but would go over the property with Lisa before committing to renting. Thank you again.
