Discover the ultimate vacation getaway in this fully renovated 3-bedroom cottage on 108th Avenue in Naples Park. With attached bathrooms in the main and third bedrooms, enjoy the comfort of bedroom suites. The third bedroom also offers twin beds. Located just 1.3 miles from Bluebill Avenue public beach access and minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, this prime Naples Park location is unbeatable.



The Space:

Step into the welcoming family room with abundant natural light, featuring a large screen TV, sofa bed, and cozy armchairs. The main bedroom suite beckons with a king bed, spacious walk-thru closet with beach chair and umbrella storage, and a modern bathroom boasting a floor-to-ceiling glass shower and dual sink vanity. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. Thoughtful beach-inspired furnishings and a refreshing blue theme can be found throughout the home, creating a relaxing ambiance indoors and out.



The second bedroom, accessed via a small step-down, offers twin beds and leads to the laundry room equipped with newer front-loading machines and an ironing board. The third bedroom presents a queen bed, TV, dual nightstands, and a stylish en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and modern rectangular vanity. Another hairdryer is available in this bathroom. Afterward, make your way to the open kitchen.



The well-appointed kitchen showcases glossy blue tile backsplash, solid white hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Guests will appreciate the blender, regular drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and tea pot. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room, complete with a glass-topped table for six. Open the sliding glass door to access the highlight of the property: the heated pool.



Relax on the high-end travertine-tiled pool deck and take a refreshing dip in the kidney-shaped pool, enhanced with a heater for year-round comfort. Prepare a delicious meal on the propane grill and savor it at the four-top dining set with umbrella. Unwind on the Adirondack chairs or stretch out on the chaise lounges, embracing the ultimate outdoor experience. The pool faces south. To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Excellent vacation

Very clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. Host very available with regular check ins. Nice area, convenient to many restaurants and beach easily accessible via beach shuttle.

Quiet pleasant location

Good quiet location with pool and access to beach close by. The facilities were good and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Minor improvements: would suggest the WiFi be made more secure with password and more cutlery and cups supplied.

The house was clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have wanted. Nice quiet neighborhood, the pool was an added bonus! The outdoor area was comfortable, close to everything. Would definitely rent again!

Convenient and well equipped

Convenient and cozy spot in Naples Park

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was top-notch, the heated pool was comfortable and refreshing, the kitchen and bathroom amenities were great and the house was clean. Only downsides are that the door handle on the rear sliding door snapped off in my hand as I was closing it one morning, and the home is starting to show the signs of short-term rentals... peeling paint in spots, etc. That being said, it was the perfect spot for the price, especially over the new year holiday.

The house was beautifully appointed with 3 bedroms and 2 baths. The kitchen/dining area was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and garden. We enjoyed the tv in the living room as well as in the bedrooms. It was very conveniently located with the ocean a few blocks away, an easy walking distance.. Stores were just a couple of blocks away in the other direction. I highly recommend this rental.

Good experience with small issues

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived there were some issues with cleanliness, but the management company sent a maintenance crew out immediately to resolve. The location is great - very close to restaurants & the beach. Wish there had been some sort of security system but still felt safe in this neighborhood. The washer & dryer are located in a bedroom which is not ideal if you’re planning to have little kids sleep in there, but we made it work. The pool was a great temperature & we had a lot of fun here on our trip.

Lovely home and convenient location

This property appeared to be recently renovated, with two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with nice finishes, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The house was located just a few blocks from the beach, and was minutes away from a variety of restaurants. The pool was perfect for our group of four, and we also appreciated having beach gear (e.g., beach chairs and towels) available for use. We encountered no problems during our stay, and the check in/check out processes were simple. We had a fabulous "sisters weekend" here, and would absolutely stay here again!

Naples Girls’ Trip

The location was great, central to everything in Naples. The house was very nice. Clean, decorated well, and had the amenities you would expect. There was definitely attention to detail (extra towels, bathroom tissue, beach umbrella and chairs, etc.). Communication with management was great and I had no hiccups with the house. It’s well maintained. My only issue was that the listing was advertised as a heated pool but the pool was pretty cold. It was going to be one of the highlights of our trip but we barely used it because of the temperature. Otherwise it was a lovely house that was clean and we felt safe staying there.
