Es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado. El chekin hay que hacer como a 15 min caminando de la habitaciĂłn con una compañĂa que se llama Clara Group. Ellos te dicen que todo es online y nadie te explica nada. La ubicaciĂłn en la app estĂ mal el nĂșmero. Tuve como 30 min intentando entrar. La entrega del cĂłdigo te la dan en un micro papel que te piden que guardes. El edificio es viejĂsimo, los ascensores un rollazo. El cuarto por lo menos limpio. Pero me cobraron por vista a la ciudad y me dieron sin vista, todo cerrado đĄ. Una experiencia para no repetir. Adicional te cobran como 200 euros que te dicen que te los reembolsan en 15 dĂas sin incluir fin de semana y no de inmediato. Un robo en todo sentido. AdemĂĄs ponen mil fotos y ninguna corresponde al lugar que me dieron.

. Prima si deve andare in un ufficio per fare il check in, poi ti dicono in quale edificio si trova la stanza. Alla fine si deve pagare una cauzione di 200âŹ, che ancora dopo un mese non Ăš stata rilasciata.
They tried to charge me an extra âŹ40, claiming I was trying to book late/out of hours, when I was booking in during normal hours. I was unable to check in on the 1st booked day due to a late flight, however checking-in the next day during normal working hours along with everyone else does not warrant a late fee. I had to sign a rental contract before being allowed to check in. This cant be legal as I have already paid via Expedia, and so I have no option, if I didn't accept the contract I would be out of pocket and I would have no-where to stay. The Expedia listing did not provide the contract details before making the booking. Bed bugs - I was badly bitten the 1st night, I took photos and videos of the bugs and long and short hairs (pubic?) (not mine) hidden at the bottom of the bed and on the other side of the bed, where I do not sleep, the bed had only been made up and not cleaned before my arrival. I spoke to the manager who dismissed my claim, they did eventually change my room. I was forced to pay a âŹ200 euro deposit. 18th working day later, multiple emails and I have not been refunded. I was forced to pay âŹ150 for local tax and ??? I was unable to question this due to the language barrier and chaotic office, again if I don't pay I don't have a hotel. Avoid these people like bed bugs!
The property for check in was at a different location than my room making it difficult for walking with luggage. The area was not a nice area. No one was at location of room for issues. The room was also given to another guest The room smelled funky. The safe was not secured to the wall nor did it even work. And the taxes I was charged for a solo traveler 3 nights 64.50 euros way too expensive. The most Iâve heard is 7 a night so pretty sure I was ripped off but have no recourse
