Wow.

Great place to stay but know there are 2 other hotels w similar names in the building on different floors. Make sure you have the number for the correct one because they initially have to come down to get you. We called the wrong one. Someone came down and said he didn’t have reservations for us and explained the situation. We called the correct # and someone came down, brought keys and an electronic card and showed us how to get in. The inside is as the pictures on their website show a true palace. You feel as if you are in a different era w 25/30 foot ceilings w enormous Venetian glass chandeliers in every room and frescos on walls and ceilings.

This is a stunningly beautiful, historical property centrally located in the colourful Spanish district of Napoli. Our room was very spacious, comfortably furnished with antiques, and well equipped with modern amenities (TV, bar fridge, Nespresso). The original painted ceilings, gigantic Murano glass chandeliers, and full height shuttered windows and doors create a palatial atmosphere in the private rooms and the many public use areas on the property. A full and delicious breakfast was elegantly presented in the bar/dining room. Service was friendly, attentive, and personal. The neighbourhood is very busy and a bit noisy but worth the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
