The perfect hotel for a layover or stay before your flight home… the pool was a welcome being the hottest day. Was nice to cool off and relax before a long flight home. The breakfast buffet was really good as well.. nice clean facility a little dated but was great! Definitely recommend staying here and nice and close to the airport with free shuttle

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and has a wonderful shuttle service to the airport.The staff are very helpful and polite. You wouldn't know it was near the airport, it's very quiet. There is no room service but there restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and a very good convenience shop.

Nice airport hotel with good shuttle service. In the hot summer months the room was quite hot with the air conditioning on full blast. Pool hours could be extended past 5pm also which was welcoming with the heat.

Room is just as showed, very clean, spacious and room servce and food was great Shuttle service is very recommended, not as crowded as other hotels and on time.

I’ve stayed at Nikko Narita before. The staff are wonderful here. Service is excellent and we really appreciate the shuttle service to/from Narita airport and JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall. Will definitely stay here again

The breakfast buffet is plentiful. However the scrambled eggs and bacon is under cooked to American standards. The other only concern is that they do t supply a coffee maker in the room not sweeteners for the tea they do supply. Service is good and the room cleaners are great. Pool closes way to early 5 pm. And the bathtubs are hard to enter and exit due to height off of floor. Dated facility but worth the monies. Beware the hot water can scold you.

Landed late into Tokyo with three kids in tow. Extremely close to the airport. Great buffet breakfast. Perfect short stay before heading off the Tokyo to start out trip. 100% would recommend.

Everything was great from speedy, friendly from check in to check out. Room was clean, neat and well equipped. The only disappointment was the air conditioning: it took overnight to cool to make an appreciable difference. This probably reflects the Asian philosophy for AC of taking the edge off the heat and humidity instead of turning your room into a fridge. Still, I slept fine so I would still recommend this hotel.
