Great place to stay before heading to the airport. They offered transport to the airport but I took the nearby train instead as the schedule didn't quite work for me. I've been here before though and used it then and recommend it. Lovely staff looked after my luggage while I went for a walk around Narita.

Beautiful area. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few meters from train station with 2 different lines direct to Narita airport and Tokyo Station. They also offer free shuttle to airport (at set departure times)

Great location for overnight stay in Narita - 5 minute walk to station for train to Narita airport. Also Narita temple and gardens are a short walk and definitely worth going to.

In transit.

It was easy to catch the shuttle but I heard there are only four shuttles a day. I was lucky not to have to wait too long. There are two train stations near the hotel. It is convenient for the people who knows how to take the train but confusing for people who are new to the train system.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past it’s my favourite hotel in Narita. Very convenient location excellent staff helpful and accommodating. Rooms are well laid out all you need for a stay in beautiful Narita.

Value for money..

The pillow is very thin, It is walking distance to the temple street and just next to the JR line. Best part is provide free parking and for those not driving, they provide airport transfer too.

severely outdated. hallways smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Their laundry area is not a part of the hotel and its outside. Also, the dryers don't work well at all. Took over 3.5 hrs just to dry two separate small loads of laundry.

This property is situated near the JR train station and is walkable to the hotel, but the walkways are not even and pushing 2 huge heavy luggages on wheels can be challenging. I was attracted to book this hotel because of the shuttle bus service from/to the Narita airport. In the end I couldn’t use the shuttle bus service because it only operates early in the morning and evening. Flights that arrive/depart outside this time frame would need to utilize public transportation to reach the hotel. It would be nice if the hotel can reflect the timing of the shuttle bus services on their website. Aside from this, the location of the hotel is near to all amenities, restaurants etc. The price of the hotel is reflected to the age and the facilities it provides. Overall, I would book this hotel again on my next Narita stay.

Personally not a fan of smoking, and the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. Overall, everything else and the staff were excellent. Not many things to do immidiately around but just a short walk to the train stations and many other places. Quiet neighbourhood, lots of konbini around.

My stay was good overall, but I would like to note that the cleaning staff is there considerably early compared to some of the other hotels I stayed at. This hotel is also a bit older too, but that only adds to its alure.
