For a newer hotel, the bathroom had wall scuff marks and the grout in the floor wasn’t clean. They should tile or wallpaper around the bathroom walls. It was just ok and at that rate there are better downtown options for same money

Good location to all the action in the area. Easy walk , scooter ride or short uber from Broadway. A few dining options close by. Would like to see a little more on property dining options and ability to watch sports and hang out if desired .

Carrington was so unbelievably nice to us, assisting us every step of the way on our first vacation, from start to finish everytime he say us walk through the lobby he made sure we were having a great time and gave so much consideration. He even went out of his way to give us great recommendations for where to go. He is by far the best member of staff there in our opinion. It was our first vacation and he made sure it was very special and meaningful to come to Nashville. Thank you!! Best hotel experience, very clean very beautiful views and close to the action downtown but not to close to were its load and obnoxious. We loved it there and will definitely be coming back!!
